Today your man came to replace a small section of torch on the roof as part of an insurance claim. I just want to pass along a few thoughts as to the job that was done. Your man was courteous and — in my opinion — did an excellent all-around job. It was one of those jobs you might call “piddling,” but it was a vital part of the roof structure. He commented that it had to be done properly if it was going to last, and to my untrained eye, I would say that that is what he proceeded to do. I just wish to compliment you on the professionalism that was shown. If the rest of your employees have this attitude toward the jobs they do, I certainly would not hesitate to recommend your company in the future. Thank you.
